Semi-MIcro II Chamber
The Semi-Micro II Chamber is designed for high volume electrophoresis
using cellulosic support media such as DiaSys Super Sepraphore
or Sepraphore III. It is also economical to use for low volume
electrophoresis since only 200 mL of buffer is required. One
to three membranes can be run simultaneously, providing up
to 12 separations using the Sepratek-4 Applicator (Product
No. 51119) or 24 separations using the Sepratek-8 Applicator
(Product No 51118). Two different procedures (serum protein
and Alk Phos isozymes or CK and LDH isozymes) may be run at
the same time.
Sepratek - 8 Applicator
The Sepratek-8 Applicator uniformly applies eight 0.25 mL
samples on a single support membrane. Sepratek applicators
are shipped ready-to-use.
Sepratek - 4 Applicator
The Sepratek-4 Applicator uniformly applies four 0.5
mL samples on a single support membrane.
Sepratek applicators are shipped ready-to-use.
